Internet connection not active

Hello,
I received a call today that my internet is active now. So I connected the router and set it up but internet does not work and it gives a message.
dieser internetanschluss ist zur zeit nicht aktiv. Bitte führen Sie eine Anschlussprüfung durch und wissen Sie uns mit dem Ergebnis.
The interesting thing is, I can connect to the webpage " http://kundencenter.telekom.de " and check my contract details. But I cannot connect to any other websites.
So now I don't know what's the problem. Could the Telekom Service team can check the problem? Let me know if i need to provide any more information.

thank you for the pleasant call. The technician had troubles enabling you internet connection remotely. The new appointment will be tomorrow 13th November from 08:00 am -12:00. He needs access to your internet socket in your flat and the APL (the internet connection point).
