I am simply trying to understand my options for contacting Telekom to track an order status and who to contact if I have problems connecting my service. Sorry I should have been clearer. My apologies

No, unfortunately not. But there's of course plenty of English speaking people both here in the community and with DTAG . Might just take a little longer due to the missing single point of contact ...
