Mailadresse Inklusivnutzer als Freemail nutzen

Ich habe als Telekomkunde einen Inklusivnutzer definiert. Ich bin jetzt kein Telekomkunde mehr (Auslandeinsatz), nutze meine Hauptadresse aber als Freemail. Jetzt möchte ich meine Inklusivnutzer Mailadresse auch als Freemail nutzen. Diese wird als vergeben angezeigt. SChicke ich eine Mail an diese Adresse, erhalte ich die Rückmeldung:

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, Zugriff auf meine ehemalige Inklusivnutzer Mailadresse zu erlangen?

      Wenn du kein Telekom Kunde mehr bist, ist der Inklusivnutzer auch gelöscht und die E-Mail Adresse gelöscht und für 90 Tage gesperrt.

      Postfächer von Inklusivnutzern fallen mit dem Ende des Vertragsverhältnisses weg. Siehe auch anliegende FAQ: Wie gehe ich mit Inklusivnutzern um?


      Die Emailadresse ist jetzt gesperrt, die Wiederherstellung von Inklusivnutzern war früher mal möglich, aber seit einigen Monaten geht das nicht mehr.

      Aktuell gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit, die E-Mail-Adresse wiederherzustellen. Es muss gewartet werden, bis sie automatisch für die Neuvergabe freigegeben wird.

    Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


    We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
