Outlook wird von Sync-Plus nicht als Standardmäßiger Email-Client erkannt

Ich habe Sync-Plus installiert allerdings erhalte ich bei Starten diese Fehlermeldung:
Outlook ist allerdings als Standard Mail definiert:
In Outlook selbst kann ich keine Standard Mail definieren, diese Option wird nicht angezeigt:
Ich nutze Outlook 2016 und Windows 10

Habe komplett Office mit dem Deinstallationsprogram von Microsoft deinstalliert (normale Deinstallation hatte nicht geholfen),
dann neu Installiert - jetzt klappt es.
