Spam mails

Hallo,

seit einigen Tagen erhalte ich ca. 500 Spam-mails, die fast alle gleich aussehen:

Wie gehe ich am besten vor diesen Müll erst gar nicht zu erhalten? Ich arbeite auf Mac mit Programm "mail"
