Spamschutz - Mails werden irrtümlich als SPAM markiert

Welche Gewichtung haben die Filter-Einstellungen im Spamschutz?

Bei mir landen regelmäßig E-Mails im SPAM-Ordner, obwohl der Absender explizit in der Kontaktliste, die Absender-Domain in der White-List steht und die E-Mail keine kritischen Begriffe im Betreff besitzt.

Ich verstehe die Logik nicht. Kann mir das bitte jemand erklären?
