I am trying to activate fax option from email center but it says,

@MUKHSU00 As far as I know, Fax option is not available to freemail Accounts.
Is your mailbox connected to a landline contract?

@Johannes P. I really appreciate your effort. Fax is working now. I sent a SEPA mandate form to Telekom successfully. I got the confirmation too.

bei dem TE war meine erste Vermutung, daß sein Vertrag erst vor wenigen Tagen gestartet ist, vielleicht ist da im System noch nicht alles abgeschlossen. Aber dann kam mir noch ein Gedanke.

Hast Du auch einen Hybrid-Tarif? Vor Jahren gab es mal Beiträge, daß die Buchung nur funktionieren soll, wenn man es mit deaktiviertem LTE versucht.

Ja, ich habe Hybrid - habe aber eine Fritzbox am Anschluss, nutze derzeit nichts von der Mobilfunkseite
Ich will eigentlich gar kein Mail M, ich hab das nur simuliert auf eine Teamie -Frage hin

While waiting for a teamie to call you... pls do allow me two questions:
ad 1: it is quite expensive to send a fax page from the email center (I think 49 Cent per page)
ad 2: if so, you can send and/or receive faxes from your Fritzbox (sending to national "normal" numbers normally included in the fixed network flatrate)

I don't have fritzbox.
