Hallo, wer kann mir bitte helfen.

Auf meinem Thunderbird Email-Client sind alle versandte mails weg (nicht die Eingänge) Alle Wiederherstellungsversuche bisher erfolglos.

Auf dem Server der Telekom sind sie jedoch noch da, zumindest aus der letzten Zeit.

Aber wie krieg ich es hin, dass diese heruntergeladen werden ? Automatisch offensichtlich nicht.
