4 years can't figure out my login details, raised with support 2 years ago, no help.

Writing in English as German is not my first language.
I am receiving my bills/payments for my internet all 4 years fine, but when I login with the same email address where I receive my bills this account doesn't have any contract information and does not allow me to add any Internet contract.
On different post I read that I have to use my "zugangsnummer" (access number) to login specifically for internet contract, but I have never received this access number. I have checked all my emails and papers from setting up. (the technician installing the router 4 years ago also asked me for this number but I didn't have it and he installed the router with his own admin login? if that changes anything)
If I use any other login option (email, username) it logs me into empty account without any contracts set up. If I try to login with "Automatische Erkennung" I can provide the "Kundennummer" but then asks for "Persönliches Kennwort" which I also have never received.
How to set up my account with my contracts in it?

To create a Telekom login, you must first log in with your access number and personal password. You can then enter an email address and a new password. 👍🏽 If you no longer have your login details, you can order new ones here. 🙏🏽
