Beauftragung Umzug - Kein Auftragsstatus - Keine Auftragsbestätigung

Hallo, ich habe am 14.08.2023 für meinen Festnetzanschluss online einen Umzug mit Tarifwechsel (von MagentaZuhause L nach MagentaZuhause XL) zum 01.11.2023 beauftragt. Ein neuer Router wurde ebenfalls mit bestellt.


Ich habe kurz nach der Bestellung eine Eingangsbestätigung erhalten. Und das ist auch alles. Ich habe bisher keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten und sehe auch keinen Auftragsstatus im Kundencenter. Den Router habe ich ebenfalls noch nicht erhalten (dieser muss auch an die neue Adresse gesendet werden).


Ich weiß jetzt gar nicht, ob der Umzugsauftrag zum gewünschten Datum erfolgt bzw. wie überhaupt der Status meines Auftrags ist oder ob etwas während der Beauftragung schief gegangen ist.


Hinzu kommt, dass zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung der Umzug auf den 01.11.2023 terminiert war. Dieser hat sich nun vorverlegt auf den 14.10.2023. Falls der Auftrag korrekt eingegangen ist, die Frage, ob der Zeitpunkt der Bereitstellung des Umzugs und somit des neuen Tarifs auch auf den 14.10.2023 vorverlegt werden kann.

    vielen lieben Dank für deine Zeit und das nette Telefonat. Wie besprochen, solltest du bitte einmal die bekannten Kanäle nutzen, damit der Umzug entsprechend bearbeitet werden kann. Die Kollegen:innen von der Mitarbeiterhotline sind von Montag-Freitag zwischen 7:30 und 16 Uhr erreichbar. Dir noch einen schönen Tag und viel Erfolg beim Umzug.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
