Bills for connection that isn't working

I bought glassfiber internet in may 2025. I was not able to activate it, a technician came over and stated the connection in the building was not installed properly and he can't do anything about it. I was assured that i will not be getting any bills for this contract until the connection is working. I just got a bill from telekom for that extact connection (which is still not working) and after contacting them i was told that the connection was activated and according to their files everyhting is in order. I have pictures from my modem stating otherwise. What can i do in this situation? I want to cancel this contract and just be done with it.
