Hello.Sorry if i write English, but my Germany language right now is bad , sorry for that. I have problem with internet and the phone, i try reset modem , even the factory settings , but it was same no internet or telephony contact, on modem working lights only satus and wlan is wihte. In some forums i read that problem have to be in cables i change cables to but still nothing. I think that then biulders who right now working and biuld new fast internet connection in my region somehow by mistake broke my cable in street and i dont know what should i do now
