Cancel current netflix account

Hi
The email address I had for the telekom netflix deal was deleted by the provider due to inactivity and now we cant log back in anymore.
I tried contacting Telekom and Netflix support via chat, but they were not able to solve this issue.
I would like to remove my current netflix account from the telekom deal and register a new one.
Netflix support sad they cant modify any details as it's paid by a third party company.
I can provide the transcript and screenshots. Can someone please contact me from the support team ?

I have received cancellation email the following day, but still no email with a new registration link. Will that come also automatically?
