Please help me cancel my account

hiI have a mobile account and went to the same shop where I bought it (Eckernforder) and they told me to cancel online.  I cannot figure out how to do this. In the meantime I am now back in Australia and still being billed. Please help methanksKaren

You also don't have to worry about any further bills.
