Please help me cancel my account

hi
I have a mobile account and went to the same shop where I bought it (Eckernforder) and they told me to cancel online. I cannot figure out how to do this. In the meantime I am now back in Australia and still being billed.
Please help me

I was teaching in Germany for 2 years and now back home, in quarantine for 2 weeks.
Its a bit annoying, but when I signed on for a 2 year T-Mobile contract, I showed the man in the shop my 2 year contract and informed him I wanted 2 years and no more, but it seems they did not do as they promised. Therefore am trying to cancel the phone, but was told I have to pay another 3 months. Very frustrating when I went to the trouble of showing my contract.

again sorry for the inconveniences.
IF you could send me the teaching contract via this: https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/telekom-hilft-kontaktformular?samChecked=true online form, I can cancel your contract earlier.
Please also fill out your profile, so that I can actually cancel it, after I received the document stating that you only worked in Germany for 2 years.

thank you for sending me the document.
Your contract has just been cancelled by me.
You will get a confirmation via E-Mail.
You also don't have to worry about any further bills.
