Cancel only Magenta and Speedport

Dear customer support,
My DSL contract started on 26.01.2023. When I wanted to sign the contract, I informed the sales person to provide only the DSL connection but not the Magenta TV. Also, he advised us to buy FritzBox rather than using Speedport. However, we received both of them and it lying at our home for the last 20 days without touching them. I wish to return both of them. Please let me know the procedure.

and thank you for the pleasant call. You can send the Speedport back using this link.
The matter of switching from a contract including Magenta TV to one without it is more difficult. Since the contract was made in November 2022 and the letter of confirmation went out correctly, the 14 days grace period in which you can cancel or change the contract without any problem is long gone. You can change your contract at the end of your contact period.

Thanks for the link. I will return the Speedport and keep the MagentaTV.
As a feedback, I would to inform that please ask the sales persons not to deceive customers who do not speak German. I clearly stated that I do not want Magenta TV. Since everything was in German I did not read / understand the contract.
