Hi, I have taken the Contract on 01/2018 for two years. After 2 Years the contract is auto extended for another 1 year till 01/2021.
Now i am moving to another city and the new house already has a Internet connection from different Company.
Due to this i want to cancel my existing contract, what is the option i have.

This is not so easy. Only if the Telekom cant provide the contract on the new Adresse you can cancel it.
but even then you have to pay additional 3 Month the free.
Never the less you have to Call the Hotline and ask for a movement of the Contract under the condition of §46 TKG
At the end of the day you have to pay Minimum to 30.11.2020 - this is not a big difference to a regulär cancelation on January 2021 but you will save the 69€ fee to move the contract.

Unfortunately, T&Cs are such that, in your situation, you could only cancel if you moved to a household with an existing Deutsche Telekom connection. If the exisiting connection is with an other provider, you are expected to take your DT connection with you and pay for it until the contract expires.
There is one loophole though: DT can only force you to move your connection if they can provide it with the exact same parameters (speed!) as you have right now. If they cannot provide your connection in the new location in exactly the same way they are providing it to you now, you can cancel with three months notice.
To start this process, you need to request a move of your contract under the conditions of §46 TKG ("Telekommunikationsgesetz") and then check if they can do that or not. If they cannot move your connection as it is, they will let you now and probably try to switch you to whatever speed is available at the new location.
Do not accept this offer, it would trigger a new two year minimum validity period of the contract. Instead, insist on cancelling with three months notice.
