Cancelling new contract

Hey,

wondering if anybody has advice on cancelling a new contract?

First off, I placed an order to switch to Telekom in 2024, but the switch could not be made until march 2026 due to a previous contract made by the tenet before me. I was also asked to provide details of my landlord, but was not able to at the time as I was subletting in the apartment. Therefor Telekom said the switch was not possible. At this point I thought that the order had been cancelled. Then I get a email this year saying that my new internet will be installed in March. I tried to cancel but was told the 14-day cancellation period had passed. So I have to go ahead with the swicth.

Then, when the technician comes to install the new modem I'm told that we don't have the correct connection in the apartment and need to contact the landlord about getting the correct one install. I had been messaging the agency that looks after our building to get this sorted out since March, but they just don't seem interested in getting it done. We've now been 3 months without internet and I don't know how much longer it will be until it gets resolved. For this reason I am hoping there is a way to cancel the contract. 

Is anybody able to help?

      I am aware that a contract with Telekom can only be concluded if the connection is technically feasible.

      Thank you for the quick reply. I can be best contacted today by phone between 12:00 and 16:00 or tomorrow between 10:00 and 14:00. Alternatively, at any point by email.

      Also the issue is quite urgent, so I hoping to resolve today or tomrrow.
