I would like to change the MagentaZuhause XL to MagentaZuhause L due to the price difference between 250 MBit/s and 100 MBit/s download speeds, within the first 6 months of the contract there was no difference, and this 6 months already over. Since there is no open shop available due to the current situation I need your support.

Would you please kindly help me on this regard?
