Alignment to current mobile Prepaid Tariff offers

I am subscribed to MagentaMobil Prepaid L with 8GB data allowance per 28days. I checked the current offers and saw that Prepaid L now has 15GB data allowance and the option to take the unused data volume to the next cycle. I would like to ask if my tariff subscription can be updated to the current offer? Would appreciate if anyone can help me on this. Thank you very much as always.

I'm glad to read that you're interested in our new generation of tariffs.
Yes, you can switch to the current generation of your MagentaMobil Prepaid L without any problems.
You can easily make the switch yourself via your customer center https://t1p.de/Kundencenter or together with us on the phone.
We always recommend switching at the end of the current cycle so that you don't lose any service.
Please let me know here if you need help with the switch.

Thank you very much for the swift reply.
At the moment I am trying to figure out how to do this myself through the link which brings me to the community page.😊
I'll definitely appreciate any help on this though but I guess not for now. My current cycle ends in 18.11.2024 so I would have to wait for another 2 weeks or so before carrying this out. I'll get in touch again when needed.

I'd like to ask help switching to the new gen Prepaid L tariff.. I tried the customer center portal but says it is not possible to change tariff now. I guess doing it myself is not possible.
Anytime tomorrow is ok as my current cycle is still valid until then. 😊
