Before our internet was set up I increased our cellular data tariff to 24gb on my wife's phone and unlimited on my own. I am currently looking to lower these tariff's to 12gb each. I am not sure if there is a way to lower this through the Telekom website as the buttons to do so are greyed out. I am reluctant to call due to most of the operators speaking only German and I speak only English. If anyone could help that would be appreciated. Thank you!
