If possible the question remains how much you actually save in the remaining contract duration, as the downgrade itself asks for a fee.

@Gelöschter Nutzer and @muc80337_2 already gave you important information. The earliest date for a downgrade would be the 24th of January 2022 (6 months before your contract ends).
