Check24 Internet, Eingangsbestätigung aber keinen Bereitstellungstermin erhalten

Hello, on 16.06.2023 I made a request through check24 for the internet and got an acknowledgment of a receipt from "onlineshop@telekom.de".
I assume telekom received it in the end, but since then I got no other information or any way to know if my request is being processed or not.
In die Eingangsbestätigung I can see "Terminwunsch: 23.06.2023" but I assume its just a random date that was picked for me and have no power whatsoever .
I would like to know if there is way to know what is happening with my request, should I just wait for an answer?.

Hello.
Many users are reporting issues with check24.
But still 16.06.2023 is not that far away.
It can take up to 3 Weeks to get a "Auftragsbestätigung" that confirms your order in the systems.
Make sure to fill out the personal information with your phone number and a time frame from when you are available and a Teamie " href="https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Glossar/ Teamie /ta-p/4398648#glossar" target="_blank"> Teamie will call you,

Order confirmation takes 2 to 3 weeks with delivery day. Your desired date remains a wish. it's so

Hello, if the Telekom already shows what can be seen, a Teamie can certainly help.
If nothing can be seen at Telekom because the order has not yet arrived, then Check 24 is your contact.
So that a Teamie can see, please fill out your customer profile completely, including your accessibility.
The team will then contact you. They regularly look into the threads.

@Viktor27 There have been various complaints regarding orders placed through Check24. It has been stated, that final confirmation typically need 2-3 weeks. Bad thing: Check24 does not move any finger to find out the problem, they only are ready to take there commission.
Why, at the end, did you not order directly from Telekom?

I propose the latter - just wait for an answer, as proposed up to two or three weeks.
(If lasting longer then this is an indication on missing ressources, Telekom will try several times to find a connection - if they failed after several times they would cancel the order)
