Connection time out for over half sites
Today’s night 28.09 I got over half site not responding. Even telekom.de and its services. Youtube and google work fine. Telegram, steam, telekom are not.
i have zuhausse xxl (glass fibre 500 mbit)
tried restarting modem and router, resetting to factory defaults, troubleshooting using MeinMagenta mobile app (with broadband reset). Both wlan and lan affected.
Still no result.
maybe there are some problems on bigger lines?

A tracert to the Telekom site is of no use, since the servers behind it do not respond to pings.
I can call up all the pages you mentioned from the Telekom network without any problems.

Seems like the problem exists with IPv4 but not IPv6 as telekom.de is ipv4-only but Youtube and Google use IPv6.
Are you using a simple home router (Speedport, Fritz!Box) or something fancy with complex configuration options (Cisco, OPNsense etc.)? What router and modem exactly are you using?

I have notified the team. Let's give them some time to respond, their service is in high demand and hence the team is usually quite busy.

Hi @b2soft,
I see that you have already been in contact with our support. It says that your ONT has been reset and the problem is fixed.
Is that correct, or does the problem still exist?
Many greetings
Markus Km.
