Around a week ago, I had my DSL connection appointment, which was unsuccessful, as it turned out that the DSL cable was broken and needed to be fixed by my landlord. A few days ago, I received a text message from Telekom asking me to visit https://telekom.de/technikertermin until the 16th of January to schedule a new appointment for free. I have been trying to schedule a new appointment since receiving the message, but every time I do so, it says that there are no available appointments at the moment.
