Contract Cancellation in - 14days

Dears,

I started a contract for the MagentaHause M 5days ago, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I need immediately cancel this contract.

 

By German law, I have the 14days grace to have this actioned, I filled the form for cancellation, but yet to get a response/confirmation.

 

I have read different information online, and I will just like to be sure that the cancellation is possible and actionable, as it will be a disaster to pay for 2yrs without usage.

 

The router's been sent to my address, but I am not at the location at the moment, as I have had to travel urgently, and will be away for a while, hence the router will probably be returned to Telekom.

 

Please help...

      cancelation ist possible if the contract has been made online, phone or at the door of your house.

      if it has been made at a Shop - it is not possible,

       

      you should have been received a inbound confirmation from the Webform.

      Be aware of that:

      The relevant date for the 14 day period "Widerruf"/grace period starts with the reception of the order confirmation, because that is when the contract actually starts. It does not start with the day the internet access is activated.

       

      The contract hence normally starts siginificantly before the internet access is activated.

      Put a phone number under which you are reachable - and do state at which hours one may contact you on the issue.

      I have done just as requested.

       

      Exception with these laws ain't unfortunately known to me.

       

      It was just 5days ago, and I apparently do not have any of the devices yet.

       

      I wish and hope this can be actioned, hence I'll just be enslaved for 2yrs...

      Dear Team,

       

      I want to cancel and terminate the contract I took the service 11 months back and still i think one more month left to complete the contract and we are moving from Germany to India permanently so want to know how I can cancel my landline internet Deutsche Telekom connection, I have 20 days left only to travelling to India
