Hi, I cancelled my internet contract on May 26, 2024, and was told I would receive a confirmation within 2-3 days, but I haven't received it yet. My online account shows the contract is binding until July 15, 2024. I am moving out of the country in a few days and need to return the equipment before I leave. Can you please advise on the next steps? Thank you.
