I couldn't reach you by phone right now. In principle, there is no special right of termination if there is an existing Internet contract at the new address 🙏🏽 If it is a Telekom contract, we will terminate the smaller of the two contracts as a gesture of goodwill.
Otherwise, you only have a special right of termination if your current connection cannot be moved 1 to 1.
