Hi Telekom Community.

I got contract confirmation email (Auftragsbestätigung) on 06.05.2025 for Glasfaser 150 Internet at my appartment.

According to this email, I should receive a link to install the Glasfaser on 05.06.2025 (Yesterday).

Unfortunately, I did not get any link in my email (incl. Spam folder).

Could you kindly help me out?

      Normally, the link for the fiber (Glasfaser) installation is sent via SMS, not email – so it’s a good idea to also check your SMS inbox, just in case.

      If you didn’t receive anything, no worries – a Telekom hilft team member can reach out to you directly to help.

      For that, please make sure to add your contact details to your Community profile so the support team can get in touch with you (don’t worry – your info is only visible to moderators).

      Should, for whatever reason, you still not receive the e-mail with the activation-link by tomorrow, please give us a quick heads up. We will then look into it again and make sure that you can activate your contract.
