Didn't receive new Router

Dear Telekom

I am facing Router Issue and contacted customer support on 20th May. I was told my Router to be replaced. However until today I have not received the new Router. When I check ticket, it says the issue is resolved.

      As discussed, I’d be happy to arrange for your router to be replaced, but unfortunately the system isn’t authorizing it at this time. I’ll look into it and get back to you here tomorrow. 👍

      I'm currently working behind the scenes to get the process of replacing your router started. The system is still blocking the process at the moment, but we'll keep you updated.
