DSL internet connection lost after every 10 minutes

Hello Team,

On 16th August 2022, I moved my home DSL internet network from O2 to Telekom, hoping that i will have better internet connection.

Things were good for few days but after that i am facing same internet connection issue like i was facing before.

 

After every 5-10 minutes, Internet connection is gone. Weather is Ok, no rainfall. So, I am sure atleast Internet issue is not because of weather.

 

My Router is New - FritzBox 7530 GX.

Telekom Plan is - MagentaZuhayse M.

 

Any help or suggestions?

      I know only FritzBox 7530 AX.

       

      OS 07.31 installed?

       

      Did you check already your line via www.telekom.de/stoerung ?

      Sorry, FritzBox is 7530 AX and Yes installed with version 07.31.

      After your suggestion, I posted my query on  www.telekom.de/stoerung.

      If you had DSL  from O2 before, then it was the exact same connection as with Telekom now, as O2 only rents the equipment from Telekom.

       

      Do you use any Powerline / dLAN devices? Can you show us screenshots of the Fritzbox DSL information, spectrum? Does the system status report any DSL reconnections?

      Please find attached required information.

      We use 1 Laptop, 1 Tablet and 2 Phones.

       

      Shared diagnostic results are when Internet is working good... Might be in the evening, I will loose connections again.

      Comes as no surprise since it is probably the same line.

      Could you please take screenshots of the DSL Information and Spektrum pages and post them here?

       

      Generally, you might want to try Telekom's Leitungsprüfung https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung in the online Kundencenter. There you can also report an issue if necessary.

      My Internet connection is bad again. Can you please tell me how i can restart My Internet Line by myself.

      Last time, when Telekom service provider restarted Internet line then Internet was working good.

      Hello @Markus Km. 

       

      I am facing the same Internet Issue again. 

      Do you know any Telekom link where I can request for Telekom Service Technician to visit my home and fix this issue permanently. I tried customer care service but was not able to reach consultant.
