I guess you’re asking if the internet has been in use? Yes it has. The error started to show today.

You can't get pass this because the details you entered are wrong.
You need to enter your landline phone number and the area code.
Please do not use at this point your mobile number.

there seems to be a problem with your Kundencenter-Login. Your landline contract is not linked to your account.
I'm happy to help and take a closer look to your landline respectively router. On which time are you available for a call?
