False Commitment by sales executive - Cancel contract before start

Hi All,
I need to cancel my contract XXXXXX which is not yet started and my customer number is XXXXX.
A telecom consultant in obertshausen named Sahib came to our house on 11 june 2025 and asked us to switch to telcom as the current vodafone is going to end their service on upcoming days. My old contract with vodsfone is about to end by 01.06.2026. He stated that i can sign contract now and later telecom will continue. So I said ok and signed a contract. He stated that below promises.
VDSL 100 L
1.-6. Monat 0€
6.-24. Monat 42,95€
-100€ Router
-100€ Gutschrift für die ersten 6. Monate
-70€ Anschluss Gebühren frei
But on 3 march 2026 I got a confirmation from the business as below

Now the cost is 50 euro and not 100 euro discount. This is totaly insane. Now I am trying to reach the number +491636xxxx the telecom consultant S. number. Its not reachable. I would like to cancel the contract. How to do it.

No way - your contract number and your customer number is yet visible.

By the way: Your contract was concluded with Deutsche Telekom - and not with (1N) Telecom.
