Fiber activation delayed after being promised June 24th: No status update, no appointment, and can't reach support

Hi everyone,
I really need some urgent help because I am completely stuck in a loop with Telekom. I ordered my fiber connection on June 3rd and received a confirmation stating that my "Glasfaser 150 12M mit einfachWLAN" plan would be ready by June 24th, 2026. However, I haven't received any official update since then, and my online portal status was suddenly changed to "Delay".
I honestly do not understand why this is happening. The entire fiber infrastructure is already fully completed in my building and inside my flat. This should be a quick activation, yet I am being left completely without internet while trying to work from Home Office, which is causing a massive professional burden.
Also, whenever I call the hotline, the automated system demands a landline number, and since I am a new customer and don't have one yet, it completely refuses to connect me to a human representative. On top of that, I have already submitted the contact form twice but received absolutely no reply. I feel completely ghosted. If anyone knows how to bypass this automated phone system or if a Telekom team member here can please look into my order and help me get an appointment, I would be extremely grateful.

Just as I mentioned, I'll send you a data-voucher for your mobile phone, so you can use that device as a hotspot in the meantime. I'll also get in contact with the responsible department to find further information about the necessary installation appointment.Should you have questions in the meantime, please let me know here.

Edit: Unfortunately I'm unable to book the data-voucher for you right now. But we have a different solution. You can use your mobile phone as a hotspot in the meantime, just as I mentioned. Your current data-volume is more than sufficient. Should that run out, please let me know. In the meantime I'll wait for a response about your fiber order.
The only other option to provide an internet connection would be the so called "MagentaZuhause via Funk" contract. That one would be replaced by the fiber-plan as soon as that get's activated. But you'd need additional hardware and you'd have to pay the via Funk plan, as well as the hardware. The via Funk Plan would cost 43,95 € per month, the hardware would be a device bundle for 12,95 € per month.
Please think this option through and let me know, how you decided. You can either use your data volume from your mobile plan, or use the connection from the via Funk plan, which is charged extra.
