I need GlasfaserID which is missing on the GlasfaserID Dose in my apartment. Only the infrastructure is provided by you there is no contract with you.

I need GlasfaserID which is missing on the GlasfaserID Dose in my apartment. Only the infrastructure is provided by you there is no contract with you.
If you don't want a contract with Telekom you simply have to give an order to your ISP . If they say you need to contact Telekom maybe they don't want a contract with you...

I have ordered the connection with 1&1 and they are asking to contact Telekom for Glasfasser ID and Telekom is saying the connection is not there.

Hi @San1996
If there is no Glasfaser ID / Home ID, then the installation may not be quite complete.
It will be completed if you order a glass fiber tariff and say with this order that you don't have a Home ID yet. Then an order for a technician will be created.
I guess it's the same at 1&1. If so, they can correct this by changing your tariff order.
