As discussed, you have already received the setup link 👍🏽 As soon as the fiber optic modem has been delivered tomorrow or Tuesday, you will connect the modem to the fiber optic socket. Then you have to enter the fiber ID and the modem ID in the setup link. After a successful connection test, the connection is activated 🙂

Modem hasn't received yet, can I cancel the modem order and buy from nearby shop, will I get full refund? I have to buy router anyway, so I can buy a new device which has both modem and router functionality. Please call/reply.

Hello @Bala,
the package is already being delivered, you can simply refuse to accept it when it arrives. This way, it will be returned to us. You won't be charged.
In the meantime, if you prefer to buy a new device with both modem and router functionality from a nearby shop, that should work perfectly fine.
