nach meinem Produktwechsel von "MZH L mit TV Plus" auf "MZH L mit TV Smart" tauchen €9,70 br. für die Hotspot Flat in der AB auf, die ich nicht gebucht habe. Es liegt ein M1-Vorteil vor.

Wodurch kommt diese kostenpflichtige Hotspot Flat?

Wie kann ich dies kündigen bzw. stornieren oder ist dies ein Buchungsfehler?
