How do I cancel my prepaid contract and take my number with me?

I want to cancel my prepaid Telekom contract and take my number with me to the new provider. I've been trying to reach Telekom's English hotline but haven't been able to connect.

You will then receive a confirmation of termination and the porting information sheet - with this data, your new provider can then order the transfer of the number.
