So I am a new customer who signed for tv and internet , the technician came yesterday and connect to the dsl told me after 20mins all will be good but till now I can’t even find the router name or be able to connect . I have tried fixing it through meinmagnenta app and still same . A green light is showing on the status but that’s it . 
please I need help
