Kabel-fehler (E1) showing on my Speedport 4 router

Hello everyone,

I am having issue with my internet connection. Everything was normal until 11:30 today. The Speedport 4 router kept blinking orange light in the middle with the error message “Kabel-fehler (E1)” and connection was lost until now.

I have tried everything I could, from reseting the router, replugging the DSL cable, and buying a new DSL cable. None of them worked. I also filed a Störung from the website in the mean time.

Could anyone support me? Thank you in advance!

      I'm sorry to read that your router isn't working properly. Please fill in your data to your profile as @UlrichZ have already correctly written. After that I can take a closer look.
