The error messages are Cable error E1 What do I have to do? All plugs already disconnected from devices and plugged in again. Nevertheless, nothing happens. Router rebooted multiple times It would be nice if the problem was fixed quickly. I need my online access tomorrow for work Thank you very much.

      As I said on the phone, the line seems to be swapped with another. So we need a technician who corrects this problem.
