kein Internet

seit Donnerstag habe ich keine Internetverbindung. Nur die Status-LED und die Wland-LED sind weiß. Ich habe den Router bereits zurückgesetzt, aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich have Magenta zuhause L. Was könnte das Problem sein?
