Keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten

Hallo, am 28.10 habe ich MagentaZuhause M mit MagentaTV bestellt. Heute kam der Router sowie der Receiver. Habe bislang aber noch keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten. Hat jemand auch schon mal so ein Problem gehabt?
