Moved to another place

Hello,
I don’t know where I need to report that I moved to another place. It’s the same address but another apartment. Also,my home internet didn’t work. Costumer service called me but I couldn’t answer because I was at work in that time. can the problem be solved this week because I am without internet and I no longer want to buy internet every day via mobile number because it is too expensive. therefore, the address is the same but the apartment is different. Thank you

As far as I got it, you moved to another appartement and at the same time your home internet stopped working, right?
If so, we'll need to order the "moving" of your line, even if it stays the same address, because the line is always installed to a certain appartement. Therefore a technician needs to switch it to the new one.
When would a short call fit you well to talk about the date and details?
