My eSim was not activeted. I don't speak german so I couldn't talk to hotline

I didn't received any letter with my costumer number nor a QR Code. It's been more than 24h since I go my smartphone I bought online.

I switch my smartphone on and off several times, but that didn't solve my problem ether.

I tried to call the hotline, but I don't speak german. I'm very lost and don't know what to do.

All the information I have is my order number and the eID from the smartphone.
