nach Anbieter wechsel kein telefon und internet schlecht

Hallo. 

 

Heute habe ich von netcologne zu telekom gewechseln. Für 1 Stunde war alles in Ordnung, danach das Telefon funktioniert nicht und internet ist sehr schlecht.
