      I had a confirmed fiber installation appointment scheduled today between 12:00 and 16:00. No technician arrived, and I did not receive any prior information or cancellation. I would like to point out that Telekom charges customers a fee of €49 for missed appointments. The same level of commitment should apply on both sides.
      It is now 2.5 hours post the appointment time.
      I am therefore requesting appropriate compensation for the missed appointment and a priority rescheduling. Please confirm the next steps.

      Can you cannot activate the connection from the backend without changing the box that is already installed? that will save time for all of us.

      Currently, I am waiting for the work order to bounce back. That will allow me to book a new appointment.
