Neue Glasfaser Anschluss - Kabelfehler e0 nach erst Einschaltung

Hello,

 

I have ordered Glasfaser internet connection. from T-system and the appointment was on 13.09.2023. we received an email for activation and we tried to plug in the cabel in the given ports. But we get the Kabel fehler e0 and the yellow light blinks continuously. Can you please send the technician or help us with the activation of internet?

      If you have ordered from T-Systems, you must also report there. You are by telekomhilft.telekom.de in the wrong place - this is about customers of Telekom Deutschland GmbH.

      T-System distributes individual solutions that are not supported here.
