Neuer Anschluss und Verbindung, kein Internet

Hi, sorry for writing in english as my German is very poor
I recently got to a new apartment and took DSL connection from Telekom via check24. And I received the Auftragbestätigung from Telekom. I had bought the Fritzbox 7590 ax and tried the steps to set it up with Easy setup from Frtizbox. I get the following error.
"Internetzugang über DSL, Anbieter Telekom, Kapselung PPPoE, Tarifmodell: Flatrate oder Volumentarif: die Fritzbox ist immer mit dem Internet verbunden. Diese Einstellung ist nicht für Zeittarife geeignet."
And the DSL status shows unterbrochen. Should I have to wait for the Technician visit to get my internet running. Or there is something else I can fix myself.

Hi @PellySunny37 , thanks for answering. Yes but in the email they also mention that I can try to set it up myself. And If I get Leitungs-ID then the Technician visit will not be necessary. I am not sure if it take bit time for Telekom to enable something as I ordered on 19th September only and was trying to set it up yesterday. Technician visit is planned for 7th October and I planned to move on 1st October.
Maybe have to live without internet for a week

September 19th?
This takes about 2-3 weeks, then you don't have an official order confirmation yet.

Welcome to the community.
You write that you received an order confirmation? Or is it just a confirmation of receipt from Telekom? If it is an order confirmation, what delivery date is there? And it should also say that maybe a technician is coming?
The sentence begins with:
"The technician is coming to you..."
The Fritzbox can only be set up from the date of provision with the official order confirmation. Not with a confirmation of receipt

Hi @Marcel2605 , I received an email with subject Bestätigung zu Ihrem Festnetz-Auftrag vom 19.09.2024 that has a document (auftragsbestätigung.pdf).
It does not mention any delivery date only the appointment with the Technician for 7th October.

Then October 7th is the official date. It doesn't work before that.
The appointment cannot be brought forward. Let the technician come. There is a period of time there

Line ID only works if the line is known to Telekom. The provision is on 9.10 according to your order confirmation with the technician. It always takes 2 to 3 weeks from the order. Order today, Internet tomorrow No, it doesn't work with any provider

What would be the value-add of a technician visit in October if eben before everything is up and running.
It is clear that you are not happy waiting until the technician visit - hopefully you will be able to bridge the time via mobile internet

Yes, I understand but in the email they also mentioned that I should try to check if it works then there will be no need to Technician to visit.
I will try as I work from home so with mobile internet it will become difficult sometimes
