New apartment does not have a Telefonbuchse

Writing in English to avoid confusion since my Deutsch is pretty beginner level.
I recently changed my address from Stuttgart to Bremen and the new apartment in Bremen does not have a Telefonbuchse. I think it was replaced sometime in the past during renovation. The Hausmeister did not have enough information either.
My question is, how can I use my DSL connection here?

Simply order a connection and point this out when ordering. The Telekom technician will install a new socket if necessary.
